The White Cross Pub

I had been waiting to take this photograph of the Tidal Road on Water Lane, Richmond for many a year. I was fortunate that the full moon and high tide coincided with my birthday. The River Thames at this point floods the White Cross pub and the patrons in the beer garden are served by staff wearing waders and wear wellington boots.
